Cosy Flats GmbH has been especially designed for creating most favourable housing conditions for people who are temporarily staying in Heidelberg. This means that YCF rents out modern furnished apartments which are equipped with all the amenities that one is used from at home. And you will find that all apartments have their own cosy atmosphere which makes you feel like you are at home.

In each apartment you will find a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances e.g. microwave, dishwashers, electric ovens and of course tableware and cutlery, etc. There are washing machines and dryers in all apartments. We provide satellite TV with numerous German and European channels and, as a special service to our international tenants we provide the necessary installation to receive AFN-TV channels. So you will find a TV-set, DVD Player.

We know that the most important thing for anybody is a good night's rest. We take care that our guests are provided with best quality beds and mattresses. And we also provide all the necessary linen and towels. This includes extra sets for people who might visit you during your stay in Germany. There is always enough room and enough beds to host additional guests. Extra beds can be provided, if needed. Each apartment has sufficient storage room for your belongings, including closets, cellars or attics.

In all cases the apartments have their own parking space. All our apartments are centrally located or directly in the city centre. Means of a superb public transportation system are all close by.

The rent will vary depending upon the size of the apartment, the duration of your stay and the number of tenants. The rent includes all utilities as well as a regular cleaning service. The final cleaning upon your leaving is at a separate charge. We are looking forward to hearing from you soon.

At a separate charge is the thorough cleaning of the apartment upon your leaving. The telephone/internet costs have to be covered separately (according to breakdown of Telephone Company).
